Terms & Conditions for AllZone Rental
By renting a dumpster or porta potty from AllZone Rental, you agree to the following rules and regulations.
Charges and Payment
You are responsible for paying AllZone Rental for all services, including standard collection and disposal, as well as any extra fees that may apply. This includes charges for things like blocked units, excess waste, or additional trip or relocation fees not paid for upfront.
All fees will be charged immediately to the credit card you have on file once the service is complete. For any amounts not prepaid, you must pay within ten (10) days of the invoice date. AllZone Rental may charge a late fee, up to the maximum allowed by law, for any balance not paid within this ten-day period.
If a payment is late, AllZone Rental can, at our discretion, stop providing services, collect all past-due payments, and retrieve our equipment. We also reserve the right to charge a fee, within legal limits, for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.
Acceptable Materials in Dumpsters
The materials you place in our equipment must be considered “waste material,” which means solid waste. You must not include any radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic, or hazardous materials. This includes any waste defined as hazardous by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or state laws.
AllZone Rental takes ownership of the waste once it is loaded into our trucks. However, you remain responsible for any prohibited materials. You agree to protect and compensate AllZone Rental for any damages, fines, or liabilities resulting from any hazardous or prohibited waste you place in the equipment.
Unacceptable Materials in Dumpsters
- Hazardous waste, industrial waste, and chemical products
- Oil filters, herbicides, pesticides, radioactive materials, solvents, and all liquids
- Paint (unless it's completely dried latex paint in a can—no liquid paint)
- Aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil, contaminated oils, and antifreeze
- Appliances, petroleum-contaminated soil, and lead paint chips
- Tires (an extra fee of $25-$50 may be charged where allowed)
- Batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, and microwaves
- Fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, and animal waste
- Barrels
Property and Access
You are responsible for ensuring that the right-of-way you provide for our equipment and vehicles can handle their weight. AllZone Rental is not liable for any damage to private driveways, pavement, or the underlying surface required to perform our service. You assume all responsibility for any damage to your driving surfaces or the container placement site.
Additionally, you agree to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled collection day. If our driver can't access the equipment, we will notify you and give you a chance to reschedule. However, you will be charged an additional fee for the failed service attempt.
Equipment Care
The equipment we provide remains the property of AllZone Rental. You are in control of the equipment while it is on your property and are responsible for any loss or damage (except for normal wear and tear or damage caused by our handling).
You agree not to overload the equipment by weight or volume, move or modify it, and to use it only for its intended purpose. You will also protect AllZone Rental against any claims, damages, or liabilities that arise from your use, operation, or possession of the equipment.
Additional Charges & Fees
Overfills and Offloads
You must not fill the dumpster past the designated fill line. AllZone Rental will not haul equipment with debris sticking out or that exceeds legal weight limits. If this happens, you are responsible for removing the excess material. You may also be charged a $115.00 attempted delivery/removal fee if we have to reschedule the pickup.
Contamination
If a load is rejected by the landfill because it contains unapproved materials, you will be charged a contamination fee. You are solely responsible for the contents of the equipment.
Extra Items
In some areas, an additional fee of $25-$50 will be charged for each mattress, appliance, furniture item, or tire placed in the container. This fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on file once we receive the weighing slip from the landfill. We will send you a copy of the receipt and the slip via email or mail.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations
- A cancellation fee of $50 per unit applies to portable toilets, $100 per unit for dumpsters, and $500 for temporary fences.
- Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date (excluding weekends and holidays) will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made on the day of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
All requests for refunds, compensation, or credits must be made within 30 days of the service completion. Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of AllZone Rental.
Delivery and Pick Up
Our drivers have the final say on the delivery and removal of the dumpster. We will charge a $125 trip fee if the driver is unable to deliver or pick up the dumpster due to safety concerns, lack of access, overloading, or excessive weight.
We aim to deliver and pick up within 8 hours on the scheduled day, Monday through Friday. However, due to factors like weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, delivery times and dates may vary. We will contact you promptly if there are any delays. If you need the unit at a specific time, we recommend scheduling delivery for the day before.
Please note that we schedule pickups by day, not by a specific time. We will pick up your unit on the scheduled day. If a pickup is missed, we will correct it as soon as possible. If your scheduled pickup day falls on a holiday, it will be rescheduled for the next business day.
For portable toilets, you are responsible for contacting AllZone Rental via email at support@allzonerental.com when the unit is ready for pickup. The rental time stops once you have notified us.
Disclaimer
Due to unpredictable soil and ground conditions, AllZone Rental is not responsible for any damage to your driveways, curbs, lawns, walks, wells, or septic systems. You must inform us of any underground utilities that may be affected by the delivery of the dumpster.
Uncontrollable Events
Neither party is liable for failure or delays in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as strikes, labor issues, riots, government orders, acts of war or terrorism, fires, or acts of nature.
Legal Fees
If either party violates this agreement, the party in violation must pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred by the other party to enforce the agreement. If you fail to pay AllZone Rental, you agree to pay all costs we incur as a result, including reasonable attorney fees to the extent allowed by law.
